About Us

RuffRecords is a recording studio founded by brothers Eddie and Sam Ruff in 2015. The studio is currently located in North Hollywood, California.

We focus on song production, tracking, and mixing services. We are also capable of providing drum quantizing, vocal tuning and aligning, and reamping.

Eddie Ruff has a Bachelors of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a Masters of Science in Electro-Optics & Photonics. He’s a nerd. He has a passion for audio engineering and hand-built several pieces of gear at RuffRecords.

Sam Ruff has a Bachelors of Music in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music and a Masters of Music in Music Production, Technology, and Innovation from Berklee Valencia. This long haired drum and synth wizard is a seasoned session player and production guru.
